Where we ship
Canada-wide, from our Montréal location.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a day we are open are dispatched the same day. Orders after that go out the next business day.
Delivery time
Quebec and Ontario typically 1–3 business days; the rest of Canada typically 2–7 business days. Carriers do not guarantee these windows and remote destinations take longer.
Shipping cost
Shipping is $25.00 CAD on orders under $400.00 CAD, and free on orders of $400.00 CAD and over. The exact cost is shown before you pay.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves us.
In-store pickup
Pay online and collect at 757 Rue Beaubien E, Montréal, QC H2S 1S8, Monday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM. Bring your order number and photo ID. Pickup is free.
Damaged or missing parcels
Tell us within 48 hours of the delivery scan at carol@subtechwholesale.ai or (438) 801-6771 and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Duties and taxes
All orders ship within Canada. Applicable GST/QST is added at checkout; prices shown on product pages are before tax.
