Replacement parts and accessories for mobile devices, sold wholesale to approved business accounts, and tested used phones sold to consumers and to businesses. Wholesale pricing is visible only to approved dealer accounts.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and are shown before tax. Applicable GST/QST is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.

Used phones are sold as tested and graded. The grade describes cosmetic condition and is stated on every listing. Replacement parts are sold in the tier stated on the listing.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch or pickup readiness. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or if a listing contained a pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you if this happens.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

Used phones carry a 30-day warranty as described in our Return Policy. Parts sold to wholesale accounts are covered by the terms of your dealer agreement.

Retail purchases can be returned within 14 days, including change of mind, on the terms set out in our Return Policy. Dealer orders follow the wholesale terms in that same policy.

Dealer pricing requires an approved account. We may approve, decline, suspend or close an account at our discretion. Dealer pricing is confidential and must not be republished.

Do not attempt to access non-public areas of the site, scrape gated pricing, or resell access to a dealer account.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Québec's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes fall to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page.
