Do I have to trade for something you have in stock?
Yes — a trade-in is credit toward a phone from our shop. If you would rather have cash instead, we buy phones outright too.
Can I trade an older phone toward a much newer one?
Yes. Your trade-in comes off the price and you pay the difference — that is the whole point of trading rather than selling.
What condition does my phone need to be in?
Any condition. Cracked screens and phones that will not power on still carry value; the appraisal reflects the condition.
What do I need to bring?
The phone, photo ID, and Find My iPhone or Google account lock turned off.
