• When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the contents of your order.
• When you create an account: your login email, and the profile and address details you save.
• When you apply for a wholesale account: your business name, business contact details, and the information we need to confirm that you are a repair shop or a reseller.
• When you contact us: whatever you put in your message, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Automatically: the basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit on this site.

We do not ask for or store your full card number. Card details go directly to our payment processor.

To take and fulfil your order, arrange shipping or pickup, handle returns and warranty claims, review wholesale account applications, answer your messages, keep the site secure and working, and meet our accounting and tax obligations.

• Our payment processor, Stripe, which handles payment and the pay-over-time options offered at checkout.
• Shipping carriers, so your order can be delivered.
• Our hosting and database provider, which stores the site's data on our behalf.
• Government or law enforcement, if we are legally required to.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Our site and database are hosted with service providers that may store or process data outside Québec, including in the United States. When information is processed outside Québec, it is handled under contracts requiring an appropriate level of protection.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we need them to honour warranties, process returns, and meet the record-keeping periods required by Canadian and Québec tax and accounting law. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Under Québec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also withdraw your consent to any use that is not necessary to complete an order you have already placed. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, mostly to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and your language. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.

This site is intended for businesses and for adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
