Questions
Each device is inspected and placed in a grade from New (sealed, unused) down to C (heavy wear, fully functional). Our grading is what the price list is built on.
The program is built for volume rather than single devices. If you are unsure whether your lot fits, ask us before shipping.
We inspect the lot on arrival, confirm the grades against what was submitted, and pay once the inspection is complete.
We come back to you with what we found before anything is finalised.
